We are Rachel and Victorious Ritter Snow, the compassionate owners of Caring Transitions of Newburgh. With backgrounds in midwifery and AmeriCorps service, as well as nonprofit work, we have spent our careers helping others. Our passion for service and community care drives us to assist seniors and their families through stressful times of transition. At Caring Transitions of Newburgh, we aim to make life changes as smooth and easy as possible for our clients. We understand the emotional and physical challenges that come with downsizing, moving, and estate sales. We offer a unique blend of compassion, empathy, and organizational skills. We strive to ensure that seniors are honored and supported throughout the process, helping them and their families focus on the next steps in their lives. We are also committed to sustainability and community support. By finding new homes for our clients' treasured possessions, we promote reuse and reduce waste. As we grow our business, we are dedicated to operating in a way that benefits the broader Hudson Valley community.
